The dedicated bakers at Little Bird wake up long before the sun each day to bring you freshly baked treats made from scratch with fresh, seasonal, and often locally sourced ingredients.
We proudly use only the purest raw ingredients in our recipes, so you'll never find any mixes, artificial colorings or flavorings, preservatives, or anything that you can't pronounce in our food. We can't imagine it any other way!
Because we really do bake everything fresh each morning, we've been known to run out of things part way through the day. We sell our treats on a first come, first served basis though happily accept paid pre-orders placed at least one day in advance.

Our pastries are great accompanied by a handcrafted beverage featuring locally crafted Harbinger Coffee, Bhakti Chai, and Sherpa Chai.
Pastries
We love to change up our pastry menu based on the season and whim of our pastry chef, however we understand the value of some consistency in life, so we happily crank out a number of pastries that you are guaranteed to find in our case every morning.

Bostock* brioche soaked with an orange simple syrup, slathered with almond cream, and topped with sliced almonds (available traditional, or topped with seasonal fruit)
Brioche Cinnamon Rolls with orange cream cheese frosting
Canelé a small pastry from the Bordeaux region of France. The deeply caramelized exterior is a wonderful contrast to the creamy vanilla bean and brandy-scented interior.
Croissants* butter, almond, chocolate, or ham and swiss
Financier* a delicious moist teacake made with ground nuts, browned butter, buckwheat flour, and fruit (gluten-less)
Scone of the Day* buttermilk scone with baker’s choice fruit or flavor
Stout Gingerbread our dark, spicy gingerbread made with stout from our neighbors at Equinox Brewing and lots of spices from Savory Spice *seasonal November - March (dairy-less)
Irish Cheddar Biscuit* a salty treat for those with a smaller sweet tooth!
Morning Glory Muffin* our cold season daily muffin packed with organic carrot, apple, raisins, pepitas, sunflower seeds, and spices (gluten-less and dairy-less)
Zucchini Walnut Muffin* our daily muffin for those warmer spring and summer months, packed full of fresh zucchini, toasted walnuts, olive oil, and topped with a crunchy lemon glaze (gluten-less and dairy-less)
Big Cookies* Chocolate Chunk Walnut, Chewy Brown Butter Rye Chocolate Chip, Magpie (our homemade version of an Oreo), and Peanut Butter Sandwich
